    Refunds

     Although I strive to make sure your product arrives to you undamaged, things happen.

     I’m not to be held responsible for damage once it leaves my hands. If it’s damaged by the carrier please include a picture of the damaged product. I do not refund if perhaps you don’t like as an example, the scent. However I do send replacements on a case by case basis. I want you happy so let me know what’s going on and I will do my very best to correct the problem.

     

    I do not offer refunding on product that doesn’t look exactly as shown. Pictures are for reference only. No two handmade soaps and some other products are exactly alike.

    Shipping

     

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable if product is damaged. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please remember you get free shipping on any order over $35.

    Shipping is also capped at $7 which is subject to change as the shipping charges continue to rise.
